I’m 28+4 with baby no.2 and have been feeling extremely nauseous for a few days and just generally unwell very tired / no energy (i know it’s to be expected in pregnancy!) and headaches. I projectile vomitted the other day but no vomit since then (sorry for tmi) I visited my GP today who said I have blood in my urine and has sent it off to the lab for analysis. BP was fine so he wasn’t concerned about preeclampsia and thinks I might have gastroenteritis! However, apart from the nausea I don’t have any other symptoms. Has anyone had any experience of this or similar in their pregnancies and was everything ok?
