Cramp-like pain in bum

For the past few days I have had what feels like a cramping pain in my left buttock, it gets worse as I walk around and I'm also finding it really difficult to stay sitting down at work, it's just so uncomfortable. Has anyone else had anything like this? I am only 17 weeks and don't really have much of a bump yet/don't feel like I should be struggling with movement at this stage. This is my 4th pregnancy, I haven't had anything like this before really.

Sounds like sciatica, bum cheek pain is almost always that.

I agree with sciatic nerve pain.
I had it with my second born's pregnancy and for about 4 years after.
I found stretching consistently helped me, as well as consistent strength training (but I think that's just for my personal body and I get in pain if I don't workout not just sciatica)
Sciatic flossing is very helpful too if you want to Google ways for that
