I am looking for some advise or for any ladies who have been through the same thing…
Date of my last period was 14th February and I was due on my period last Thursday 13th March (cycle length normally 28days).
Due to have similar early pregnancy signs like my last pregnancy back in November 2024 which sadly we lost, I decided to test on Friday 14th afternoon. Using a cheap pink test from Home Bargain I received a very faint line on the test which was faint enough to not have to put the test in all different angles to make sure I wasn’t seeing things (we’ve all done it). Because it was faint, I decided to take a digital test which said ‘not pregnant’, then I retook using another cheap pink test which again shown a very faint line (2 x faint lines, 1 x negative)
I thought maybe due to doing the tests in the afternoon, I decided to do another on Saturday morning, which again shown a faint line however this was fainter.
I have been slightly obsessive with taking test due to the baby loss before Christmas and decided to test again on Monday 17th using a Home Bargains Clear and Simple which detects pregnancy upto 6 days before a missed period which was negative, followed by a cheap pink test which also was negative.
I am now clearly very confused as to what is happening, I called the early pregnancy unit who advised to retest on Friday 21st.
Ive been experiencing nausea and tender breast, aswell as lower stomach cramps.
Has anyone been through a similar thing?
