i took this test and waited like an hour and saw this i’ve been experiencing symptoms and I’m not too sure when I’ve ovulated can anyone help with this?

You left it too long it’s no infer an accurate reading. The instructions on the box will tell you how long you need to wait and when it’s no longer a valid read
