This actually looks like the type of clot that come with uterine fibroids. Do you know if you have fibroids?

A lot of women don't know they have them until they start getting signs of heavier periods with huge blood clots. The one in your picture looks like the type of clots I would get on my period. Can't be certain that's what it is, of course!

No, not dangerous, they're usually benign and are verrrryyy common! They can just cause terrible periods that sometimes can lead to anaemia (which they did with me!)

Have you had an ultrasound at all recently? That's how they are usually diagnosed. Btw I'm not saying you have them as it's impossible to say, just saying that your clot looks like something I have seen a lot of!

That would make a lot of sense! I have struggled with anemia for yearssss now and no I haven’t had an ultrasound maybe I should look at getting one just to make sureee

Would definitely suggest getting one just in case then! There are medications and procedures that can help manage them. Good luck!
