Can anyone offer some tips on how to get comfortable when in bed?

I got myself some lush moisturiser which is fab, I use it on my bump every night and this helps me relax however I can’t settle for a while and seem to get my tummy feeling 100% comfortable. Am I being optimistic thinking that I can solve this or is this just the way it is?😁

Get a pregnancy pillow, they are great

I got rid of my pregnancy pillow but it just didn’t work for me. I have got through with just a normal pillow wedged inbetween my legs and under my bump but it still isn’t the best for sleeping and I change from side to side all night as if I lay too long on one side I just get achy. It’s nearly the end now and I am very much looking forward to being able to sleep in one position again all night (well not all night) but you know what I mean. How long do you have left?

I had a pregnancy pillow in my first pregnancy but couldn't get away with it so haven't bothered this time.
I just prop normal pillows around me.

No tips unfortunately and not sure how far gone you are? I'm 38+4 and have suffered from insomnia on and off for this entire pregnancy. It's even worse now in the third trimester as I'm constantly battling back ache and other aches and pains around my bump and pelvis..... plus the joys of baby sitting directly on my bladder means I'm constantly up and down for the toilet. I'm lucky if I'm getting 4-5 hours a night at the moment
