Positive pregnancy tests and bleeding

Hi,

I am wondering how common it is to get multiple positive pregnancy tests and also bleed red period-like blood.

have been ttc for over a year and have never seen a positive test until this morning (the day my period was due)

I wasn’t bleeding until about noon today then it was like period blood and not sure if I’m having a chemical or if some people do experience heavier bleeding.

I am also on low dose aspirin as I had knee surgery and so I have been on it for a little while. Could this be why I am bleeding?

Also forgot to say I would be around 4 weeks if pregnant

I had positive results after lots of bleeding and unfortunately it was ectopic. If the bleeding continues and you still get positives please get checked by EPU just incase.
