Has anyone else experienced UTI during early pregnancy? I am a bit worried. I have called 111 and they will make an appointment

Very common OP. Your hormones will be all over the place and you may find it’s recurrent during pregnancy. Hopefully you can get some antibiotics and feel better soon, I know it’s a worry but I had the same during my pregnancy and all was ok x

Try to make an extra effort to drink a lot (especially if you feel like you might be getting one). It won’t
necessarily stop you needing antibiotics but I did find I could sometimes ‘flush it out’ and get rid of the infection without the need for medication. Obviously if you need antibiotics you should take them (they have ones they tend to use for pregnant women)

I think I had a UTI for the entire duration of both pregnancies D ink lots of water - I was very sick and dehydrated for my first trimesters which didn't help.
