So my 7 year old had an autistic meltdown at a train station today. It was scary. He pushed and pulled at me. I had to physically restrain him. Then lift him on and off the train. It was pretty horrific! Anyway could it have harmed the baby? I'm quite achy but she's still moving. I'm a bit shaken though

I’m sorry you had that experience and that you’re now feeling so worried. In my opinion, you’ll be absolutely fine, but if you’re worried or notice any change in their movements, speak to your midwife, they’re best placed to check up on you.

The advice around heavy lifting is because our muscles and ligaments relax in pregnancy so it is easier to cause yourself an injury, pull something etc if you are heavy lifting.
Baby is fine, the concern is for you.

Thank you. I've been achy but have rested and feeling much better now ☺️
