pains at 15 weeks

Yesterday I had some pain on one side and going down to my groin from tum, and today I've had a really stressful day at work and now have quite a bit of bump pain, like achy. Also feel quite sick.

Its my second, but am not sure what its all about??

Hard to say what that is. It could simply be stretching ligaments. But I think you should phone your midwife/doctor, and try and get as much rest as possible.
