Hello! My 1st and start of my 2nd (if not longer) trimester I was good at keeping fit by doing pregnancy safe plates and light weights also walking about an hour everyday. From about 26 weeks, I suffered with Sciatica really bad and just couldnt do it. I still suffer with it but it's not nearly as bad! I'm lucky enough to have taken some holidays at 34 weeks and I'm wondering what kind of light exercises I could be doing.. I feel so heavy and tired all the time and I've started getting my eating right again but need some exercise lol.

Any suggestions?

Do you like to swim? I find it's good exercise without the pressure.

I'm 37+5 now and mainly walking - I try to get out for an hour or so every day.
Also been doing some pregnancy yoga and other pregnancy light workouts on YouTube.
It's getting harder now as I approach the end but I'm trying to stay as active as I can.
