Looking for any good new stories. Currently 7 weeks pregnant with twins from a single IVF FET transfer. I had some bleeding 2 weeks ago (very light) and was book in at my local EPU for a scan the Friday just gone. Luckily we saw two little heartbeats. I had a small amount of bleeding again yesterday that has now stopped, had a viability scan today at my IVF clinic and the babies have grown but they now cannot see a heartbeat on one and they’re unsure if they can see anything on the other. One showing 2 days behind and the other showing 5 days behind. They also mentioned vanishing twin syndrome but I feel like we might have lost them both. Back in a week to check. Had so many losses but really thought this was our time. Should I be hopeful for the one baby or be prepared for the worst outcome?

Not been in this position but didn't want to read and run.
Really hope this all works out for you

I don’t think I’d give up all hope, but be ready for bad news if it comes. I had a huge bleed with my FET twins and they are both teens now.

Appreciate your reply. The fact we clearly saw heartbeats on Friday but today they weren’t sure isn’t filling me with much hope unfortunately. Can always hope though x

Hello, I know this is a super old post but I also didn't want to read and run 🩷 I just wanted to say that I've found it's tricky to find people with specifically FET IVF experiences, and I hope this ended well for you and if not I hope you are in a good place now 🙏🏼
