I have just had my pay schedule from work for whilst I am on maternity leave and it does not include my car allowance. Before I ask why this is I want to check where I stand.
I get a car allowance in lieu of a company car and the allowance does not qualify for the purposes of pension and death in service. Therefore I would assume that this is a benefit. However my contract then goes on to say that if absent for a prolonged period and if the sick pay has expired this maybe suspended.
Any advice would be appreciated ☺️
