Early second trimester cramping

I’m 14 weeks pregnant and have been having mild period-like cramping for a few days. No bleeding just watery discharge. I know this is normal earlier in pregnancy but how “normal” is it now? It’s a bit different to the pain I get on movement which is sharp and ends quickly. Feel like I have a lot of pressure down there.

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Have you contacted the maternity unit for advice ?

I left a voicemail for my midwife. Everything I read says that uterus is moving from pelvis around this stage and can cause cramping. Hoping she calls me back in the morning.
