Faint line on clear blue test after several hours .. anyone got similar before?!

Sorry, standard topic I know! But has anyone got a similar extremely faint line on clear blue test before.. which didn’t actually show up for a few hours?! I had a definite faint positive yesterday, but today only this. Likely to be chemical pregnancy do we think?!
I was actually shocked as still breastfeeding my 1 year old.. but a part of me felt so excited too! Feel like I shouldn’t get my hopes up though..

You need to disregard the test unfortunately if a line appears outside of the time frame as it could be an evap.

Better to leave 48 hours between tests anyway to allow the hcg to increase so test again tomorrow with FMU - even better, wait to skip a period and test then for a clearer answer

Thank you! Wise words.. and testing so early is a bit of a fool’s game I know! But so addictive! I actually haven’t had periods yet since having my last baby so v unlikely, but haven’t been using contraception and felt some symptoms so took the test. All a bit confusing..

It’s not very unlikely at all, you are having unprotected sex… good luck OP! Hopefully it’s either your first period coming or just too early for a positive.
