New mum to be here the anxiety is so real.
don’t know what to expect. i am around 6weeks.
I had strong symptoms last week, nausea, cramping, strong dislike in smell, boobs hurt.
over last few days these have lessoned.
I did vomit one day but nothing since.
now I want to try be positive and enjoy this time but can’t help but stress that something might of happened, reading all the risks I’m so paranoid.
what would you do? Any tips.

Don't do anything! Everything you have described is normal. Try and think about the fact that you are at the half-way mark for when you will be able to tell people. An happy moment to look forward to 😊

These symptoms all sound perfectly normal for early weeks of pregnancy.

The nausea can be lessened by drinking ginger tea first thing or eating a ginger biscuit (well, it helped me anyway). You might find that eating smaller meals but more often (eg snacks of fruit in between meals) helps with the nausea too in the early weeks. This stage doesn't normally last too long.

everything you said is normal. it is normal to have no symptoms, it is also normal for symptoms to come and go, every pregnancy is different.

Very normal for symptoms to come and go, especially in the first trimester

Thank you so much for the reassurance, advice and support. Certainly want to try and enjoy the days of feeling well.
I totally underestimated how long 12 weeks is.
