Hi, I'm 28 weeks pregnant. I've told my manager about ny pregnancy 5 weeks ago but since than he didn't do any risk assessment with me. Im working in joinery/spraying factory, we are making doors and frames. All working day I'm on my feet, only time which i can sit down is my breakfast break (15min) and lunch time (30min). He never asked me how I'm feeling, do I need extra break or whatever. I'm feeling discriminated of my pregnancy now. The environment in factory is loud, dusty and they using somw toxic substances. What I can do in that situation?
Thank you.

For a start nobody should be working in a loud and dusty environment. Have they provided adequate ear protection and dust abatement measures for everyone? If not, do you have someone to complain to, or if it’s a serious breach as it sounds, you can contact the HSE.
