Lightening/shooting pain in vagina?

So I'm exactly 38 weeks today and feeling it 😮‍💨😂 I've woken up with increased discharge this morning but also as I was sitting up in bed I had a really sharp shooting pain that felt like it was in my bladder but also directly in my vagina, I've had lightening crotch a fair bit but this felt more intense, literally thought my waters were about to gush out but they didn't. Went to the toilet and as I was peeing it kept happening, assuming its pressure. Could this be baby engaging?

Should mention aswell I also have diarrhoea 😬 and the pains that come with that upset tummy feeling too! Not horrific and kind of coming and going

I keep getting this pain... well sounds the same, I also feel my waters are going to burst any point but they haven't. I'm only 36+5 but I'm so so ready for this baby now. Good luck and keep updated if anything progresses x
