Constipation and gas

I'm 5wks 3days and I'm suffering with such bad constipation and really bad gas!! I know constipation is a early symptom but I look about 6 months already I wish I could just get a pin and pop the air out lol x

Best advice I ever got was drink more water! this was from a nurse who was also a friend. She told me to get a 2l bottle and take it to work and make sure I drank it - don't do all the eat high fibre etc just drink the water- totally worked for me xx
