When did I get pregnant?

Hi, so I started taking the progesterone only pill on the 29th of January and with this pill you take it continuously, I took it the same time every single day. On the 27th of February I missed a pill but took two the following day. I then missed my pill on the 1st and 2nd of march then received 2 positive pregnancy test results on the 3rd. I’ve had a lot of unprotected sex and protected sex. I’ve have two potential fathers but am unsure who the father is. I’m also unsure of how far along I am as I took a pregnancy test on the 18th of February and the results were negative. I’m unsure of when I actually got pregnant. I also had no bleeding at all. My last period ended on the 6th of January. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

What kind of tests have you been using? Assuming not the tests that detect pregnancy before your period is due. You could assume that on the 18th Feb you were less than 4 weeks to have got a negative then but to have got a positive on the 3rd March you would be at least 4 weeks then.
If you were just under the detection limit in Feb it would put the earliest you could have conceived as 5-6th Feb. To get the positive on the 3rd March the latest you conceived would be around the 17-18th Feb. Sperm can survive for 5 days so any person you had sex with from the 1st Feb until 18thish Feb could be the father.

A weeks test might help narrow down the window further but if you are looking at different partners over the course of a couple of weeks you are likely to need DNA testing to determine paternity.

With an irregular cycle, there's really no way of telling.
You need to wait for your 12 will dating scan to get your official due date then you can work back from that for an approx conception date.
If the 2 potential fathers were close together though then only a DNA test will tell you for sure

Agree but even the 12 week scan can’t be relied upon to differentiate if 2 different dad’s, the measurements can be out when related to the days. I knew exactly when my daughter was conceived, only 1 possible time it could have been, but based on my 12 week scan dating she was conceived during a week when my husband wasn’t even home he was working away. You can’t trust the scan dates to assess paternity.

Yes exactly, but we don't know how close together the potential fathers are and that does make a difference if they were several weeks apart or days.
As I said working back from the official due date given at the dating scan gives you an approx conception date but only a DNA test will tell the OP for sure.
