I’m still testing positive after 4 weeks since medical management. I went to dr last week for bad smell which confirmed infection ( more BV linked ) I stopped bleeding for about a week but woke up to full on bright red period day after last positive test ? So I’m confused…. Could I even have a period if I’m still showing pregnant on tests ? Or is this the miscarriage still going on ? I just want to know where I am in my cycle more than anything and wondering if that’s normal 🤷♀️
