Hcg rising on clear blue after suspected MC

So a week ago I've been having some spotting pinkish in colour on when I wiped 2 days ago I woke up went to the bathroom and wiped and the blood got brighter and a litle more than spotting i did a clear blue digital it said 1-2 weeks I did another clear blue yesterday and it's gone to 2-3 weeks after the little bleed I had it did contain 3 little bits of what looked like tissue. I went to hospital they took a blood test and a pregnancy test blood test came back as normal bleeding so I was prescribed some tranexamic acid to take for 7 days to help with any bleeding etc they couldn't scan me cos it was too early I'm confused to why the clear blue had moved to 2-3 after the bleeding is there something wrong with me?

I'm a little worried to what is going on I've had no bleeding or clots since 2 days ago.

You can bleed quite a bit without miscarrying. When I have miscarried the bleeding was accompanied by severe cramping and was very heavy. But I have also had heavy bleeding and kept the pregnancy.

Some women can get pretty bad bleeding without miscarrying OP. Can you contact your local EPU for a scan? That's probably the only way to confirm

I did some line test and the lines seems to be getting lighter shouldn't be this light for 6 weeks was darker than that other day I guess it was a miscarriage I had. X
