Only 9 weeks but so uncomfortable

I'm only 9 weeks very lucky minimal sickness but I am so uncomfortable so much wind lol
Aches in my pelvis and tummy just feels hard and uncomfortable
Is this normal?
Is 2nd trimester easier?
I am overweight and pushing 40 so I know that's not on my side

I didn't experience this but sounds probably normal? Could you do an e-consult with your GP and ask whether it's normal & for any advice for relief? Or your midwife if you're under one yet c
