6+3, symptoms disappeared, can you reassure me??

I've had no sickness but I've had big, tender boobs and abdominal bloating.

Yesterday morning the bloating started to go down and today it's completely gone.

Also yesterday my boobs started to deflate and get less tender and by today they are back to normal size with barely any tenderness

I have read that symptoms come and go at this time but experiencing it is terrifying!

Has anyone had this and been ok? Just need to hear it so I don't go mad... I've got an early viability scan booked for Monday and the waiting is killing me.

I've had slight constipation and that seems to have gone as well. I'm really concerned because if it's just "coming and going" why would they all go at once??

My boobs got less tender but then a couple of days later the sickness ramped up.

From Dr Google I'm getting the impression that it's pretty serious if they all disappear at once... I'm not going to seek medical attention as I already have this scan on Monday and I'm not bleeding or anything, but still, I think I need to prepare myself for the worst

Totally normal for symptoms to come and go, especially in the first trimester
