Hey Guys,
I'm 11 weeks +1 day and feel yesterday and today by far have been the worse for sickness. I am vomiting and having nausea all day- not sure if it's the food I'm consuming- but is this normal?

@Mambo86 Hi! Yes I believe it’s completely normal. Our hormones are changing and it gets worse before it gets better 🤞🏻🫣 my nausea started at 6 weeks and stopped at 15 weeks. The height of sickness was about week 10 thinking that I couldn’t possibly continue living like that, I just felt like I was surviving each day. Awful 😞 But then you adjust and can make it work until it’s gone! There’s a few threads giving advice about nausea and what to eat to help etc. and if you can’t keep anything down maybe a trip to the drs would help with the anti nausea medication.
I hope this passes quickly for you and you can feel ‘normal’ again 💕

So normal. Uch it's horrible

If you wake in the night drink some water and try and eat a plain biscuit. Carry water and dry snacks around with you, you can get tablets from the gp if you feel you need them. Travel sickness bands.
