Sharp/stitch pain 7-8 weeks pregnant

Hello, I’m currently 7w6d pregnant and been experiencing quick mildly sharp pain all over my uterus sometimes even under the belly button and inside the vagina. Mostly happens when I’m walking around. Anyone else?

Hi I've definitely had this early on and still get it sometimes at nearly 17 weeks pregnant. I think it's often known as 'lightning crotch' especially when it's in/around the vagina area, not pleasant but shouldn't persist for too long at a time hopefully. I find it worse when sat down and getting up and moving around can help but everyone is different!
