Gender predictions 12 week scan?

Had my 12 week scan any predictions?? I’ve done the sneak peek blood test and it’s come back boy, I do have 4 boys already. I just thought This scan looks a bit girly compared to my other scans with my boys.

Did you do it at home or at a clinic? The sneak peek test. I just remember that if you do the home one there's more of a chance of getting a false boy result.

That’s definitely a girl OP - I only ever see that nub on girl scans. Congrats!

I did do it at home with the lancet and I do have 4 males in my household!

Aww I really hope so because I have 4 boys already!

There's a real risk of cross contamination if you have male DNA around. Maybe repeat the test at a clinic?

I have my 20 week scan on the 7th may, however I’m debating wether to book in for a early gender scan at 14 weeks! I would be sure to come back and let you know!

I know you are excited to know but if it another boy what difference does it make?
I assume you would not terminate a pregnancy just because it’s another boy?

It would make no difference at all! I think it’s just the fact of knowing if that makes sense?

All the girly stuff I could do that I don’t now. Wouldn’t dishearten me in anyway at all. I will love this baby regardless.

I'm rubbish at guessing. Going by skull shape though, I'd say a girl!! But i def wanna hear when you have your scan! Heard so many negative things on the sneak peek tests, would love to know if it was right or wrong for you!

I’m starting to think it looks really girly myself compared to all my sons scans. I will report back as soon as I’ve had the gender scan. I’ve read awful reviews about sneak peak myself after taking the test, wish I didn’t bother now!

I did a gender blood test in clinic at 6,5 weeks that came back girl (I have a hous for of males at home so didn't want to risk the cross contamination)

I had a girl confirmed at at an early scan at 18 weeks (nhs scan at 21 weeks) and the knowing for sure feels amazing.

Like you, if it was another boy that would have been amazing and e would have been loved by the whole family. I do love that I can experience a more girly side to life now however after raising so many boys!

I did window to the womb for £80 and got a recorded heart beat - loads of digital photos and two printed photos included. Definitely worth it for me to have the peace of mind of knowing.

I wish I would of gone to a clinic and had mine done but regardless it is what it is isn’t it, a healthy baby is all that matters.

I’ve heard some good things about window to the womb. I might give them a look. I will for sure update here once I’ve had my gender scan!
