Mo Mo twins 6 week scan

Hi, I’m hoping someone can help me.
I had a frozen transfer which resulted in a positive.
I had early six weeks scan, and there are two babies in the sac.
baby A: is measuring small with a flicker of a heartbeat
baby B: is measuring an extremely small with a very slow flicker of a heartbeat.

i am devastated. Has anyone had experience of this where the outcome has been good?
I have read with these types of twins (Mo Mo) that both babies are likely to die as they are sharing the same placenta. Please let me know your stories both good and bad.

I’m afraid my experience wasn’t positive - I had a MMC with mo/mo twins at what should have been 11 weeks but they’d stopped growing at around 6 weeks. I really hope things work out better for you 💐 hopefully someone will be able to share positive stories/outcomes x

One of mine survived and was born fit and well.

@WiseUmberAnt @Longingforspringtime what was your 6 scan like, were they measuring 6w and good heart beat? Mine are already behind so I don’t have much hope

@Obrm I didn’t have a 6 week scan, so can’t advise unfortunately. I just had a positive test and the first I knew that something was wrong was brown bleeding at 11 weeks so I was booked in for a scan then, having already got the date through for my ‘normal’ 12 week scan. I’m keeping everything crossed for you x

I didn't have a six week scan. All I can say is that me, my cousin and my friend all had a healthy singleton with a MOMO pregnancy, so everything crossed for you.
