I got a faint positive yesterday with my home pregnancy test strip, went to doctors today to do a pregnancy test and theirs come back negative, but when I got home an hour later, I tested again and got a faint positive line again? The line is more pink than yesterdays faint line… any help?

Did they do bloods or just a pee stick? If they did just a pee stick, I'd recommend waiting until your period is missed and go back to them and request bloods.

This is it 10mins after line appeared, so it’s settled now. But the faint line appeared within the test window, I just don’t understand why the doctors one was negative and my home ones are positive

The doctors did a pee one and told me to retest in 10 days, I’m already 2 days late on period.

It could be that you’re just very early and the doctors test wasn’t as sensitive? If you can’t wait,
I would get a different home brand and try again to confirm 🙂

Agree with the previous posters. It could depend on the time of day and concentration of your urine too!

I’m going to give it a couple of days and retest to see what the result will be, thank you.

Retested again this morning with a different brand pregnancy test and the line came up within 3 minutes.

A clearer photo, it’s more pink in person.

This one is much better to picture the colour.. I’ve used 2 different brands and both come up positive again today, going to do a digital over the weekend.

I’m just getting a little bit of a dull ache/pain in my pubic area, is that normal?

I done a digital today and came up pregnant!!! Don’t want to get hopes up but will try again in the morning. It was an ultra early digital clearblue used.

It's extremely unlikely to get a false positive on a digital so congratulations. The doctor's test may have required more hcg.

Advice from experience is to now step away from the tests and try not to drive yourself insane (like I started to before stepping back from them) 😅

Yeah I done a clear blue digital with the weeks indicator and got pregnant 2-3 weeks. So surely now that means I’m definitely pregnant if I’ve had 4 positive clear blues as well as test strips.
but I’m not testing anymore now.
got to wait til blood test results on Friday for confirmation.
