Spotting light red pinkish ! Help!

Hi all, TMI!!
When I was 4 weeks pregnant I had some spotting lasted 5 days just pink when I wiped it settled down and stopped I'm now 5 weeks and 4 days and this morning I wiped and saw light pink blood on and off through out the day I'm starting to panic its only when i wipe. I had a loss 9 months ago now (early pregnancy loss before 5 weeks) I'm getting slight cramps aswell not much, I'm so on edge I've spoken to a GP about it and they said they can't sent me for a scan yet until 6 weeks and cos I'm heavy bleeding or in pain they said it could be hormonal bleeding due to hormone fluctuations or cervix changes , it doesn't stop me worrying I'm a wreck with all this I'm so anxious with every slight cramp and any bleeding. . Has anyone else had this please I'm hoping for the best I've read so many scary stories on Internet and it's made me worse thinking something bad is going to happen.

It's such a worry OP, I remember it well. I had the exact same thing and slowly it started to turn brown. I had this for a good few weeks and booked an early scan to reassure myself. All was ok. Sending you positive thoughts x

I'm currently at hospital spotting has turned heavier and red and lots of cramps around stomach done bloods and a pee test won't send me for a scan because I'm on 5 weeks 4 days I'm so broken and can't help but think the worst fingers crossed it's nothing bad

I will get there we are both broken but want to try again in future maybe this time I ask for protestorone Hooe to have our rainbow baby soon x
