Some very generous and lovely friends in the US have offered to buy me a pregnancy massage.
They were thinking of the Bliss Spa in South Kensington which does a mum to be massage and looks lovely. Has anyone has ever tried it out or can you recommend anywhere else in London that does a good pregnancy massage?

see link below (can thoroughly recommend zita west one). I went to a bliss spa in early pregnancy in the US -was lovely but they wouldnt do any of their massage treatments as was under 12 weeks.

Elemis Nurturing Massage on the beanbag is fabulous (if you can bear W1 and Oxford St) - also Cowshed's mama mio treatments at Clarendon Cross (W11) are excellent. However haven't been there myself but Bliss has an excellent reputation so I would happily try that too!

Clarins preg massage was amazing, but if you're offered a full spa type experience then go for it, but I would really really recommend the clarins one!

Thanks ladies! And thanks for the link Poppy (I like the sound of those massage tables with holes in for bumps and boobs). I feel like I'm spoilt for choice!

i had a phenomenal massage at the Treatment Rooms in new quebec street- it wasn't a pregnancy massage per se but the bed was so incredibly comfy and the therapist so skilled- i would thoroughly recommend it!

i second elemis massage - the beanbag is bliss and i ended up having them every other week in my third trimester as they were so relaxing!

if you're in west london then there is a spa in ealing which does it (www.cometolife.co.uk)

I second the clarins treatment! So much that I am on a course for one each month.
