Migraine pain relief in first trimester

I'm only 5 weeks along but I've had the absolute worst ocular migraine today that I've ever had - is there any pain relief that I can take that is safe for the baby?

My GP prescribed Co Codamol for me in similar circumstances. Paracetamol wouldn't have touched a migraine
