Positive tests but bleeding

I've found im out I was pregnant on the
23rd feb done clear blue digital and it said pregnant 1-2 weeks I've been having positive tests ever since the 23rd till now I've been having some brown/light pink discharge on Saturday/and sunday.Monday/Tuesday I've had some "bledding" but it doesn't fill my pad just when I wipe! So I'm confused what my last period was on the 19th of January
So I'm a bit confused on all of this
This is the recent tests I done this morning and yesterday I'm so confused on what's going on right now! 😫😫😫

For reference this is what I get but it never fills a whole pad!

It could be implantation bleeding but I'd call the GP to get booked in for a check

I've been having this for 4 days now! 😫

Surely the weeks on the digital should go up?
