Please tell me if this is too far but I genuinely didn’t know who to ask! I have just went the toilet and when wiping I seen this on my tissue. It’s only a tiny bit but what is it? Should I be worried? I am 4w2d pregnant so very very early!!! So sorry for uploading this picture!

Just looks like regular discharge OP. It increases a lot in pregnancy. Anything of concern like smell, itching etc. then make a GP appointment.
