Can anyone share their experiences with Kendamil vs HiPP?

With DC1, I tried Cow & Gate which didn’t agree with him at all but he seemed okay on HiPP. Hoping to try and BF DC2 but want a back up in place.

I think I’ve narrowed it down to HiPP or Kendamil. What’s everyone’s experiences? Kendamil wasn’t available in my area when my first was a baby. I know nutritionally all formulas have to be much the same but they won’t agree with every baby.

Can anyone explain the significance of fish oil in formula? That’s the only thing swaying me towards Kendamil as opposed to HiPP as we didn’t have a bad experience with HiPP.

Kendamil made my baby vomit every single day - her poo was always very green and watery. She absolutely hated Kendamil and would only take 3-4oz per feed. However, she was completely fine on Hipp (we always gave her the RTF bottles) and she would go through 1.5 bottles of RTF per feed! 😊

I keep seeing things like this which puts me off Kendamil!

My kid had kendamil (we’re vegetarian so kendamil was the only option) and tolerated it well/liked it. My partner’s brother’s kid also had kendamil and did well on it. Impossible to say what will work for them until you try it but I expect most babies do fine on most formula as they’re so similar.

All 3 of mine have had Kendamil from birth. Never had any issues with it.

I tried both Aptamil and Kendamil because I heard such great things about both. It's funny really, I always thought Hipp wouldn't be good for my daughter but I was proven wrong haha. But thankfully she's on whole milk now - It was a nightmare trying to keep a stock of the RTF bottles!

My son also didn’t get on well with Kendamil.. sick after every feed and bad stomach/ nappies.
We switched to Hipp and best decision we made. Will be using Hipp again for my next baby due in the summer!

every baby reacts differently, so just about finding which one they’re most settled on x

My son was very sicky on Kendamil, I really wanted to like it but it just didn't work for him! He did best on cow and gate.

I’m wondering should I stick to what I know and go with HiPP again! Last thing I want is to be swapping and changing formula like I did with DS1!
