Is this implantation bleeding?

I was meant to get my period and I work like clock work. I’ve only been on 4 days with this colour bleeding. Not sure if it’s implantation bleeding? And it was also brown. I have hardly bled. I did two a pregnancy test 2days after and both negative shall I wait longer to test?

I have sore breast, back pain, lower abdomen pain and I’ve had two bad head aches. Any advice please?

If you've tested negative after your period is due it's more likely it's just a rogue cycle/period.

I think you’d have a positive result by now if you were pregnant. If you still feel unsure, then give it few more days and if you haven’t started full flow bleeding, then do another test.
