Ttc - could this be a sign of pregnancy?

Hi all,

I took a test 10DPO which was very negative, I wiped and saw blood the next day which I assumed was my period starting (I had all the usual symptoms - acne, bloating etc). But since that wipe I have not had anymore blood 3 days later - meaning either I had a really tiny period or my period is late? I can’t test at the moment as I am abroad but am I clutching at straws? Should I take another test when I’m back or am I just going to feel deflated. Interested if anyone has had a similar experience and it resulted in pregnancy. Thanks.

It sounds like an implantation bleed to me. I had the same with all 3 of my pregnancies.
