Hi, looking for some advice please. Had my 32 week scan and consultant review. Babies growing really well (DCDA) and one weighing 3lb15 and the other 4lb1. I have been diagnosed with gallstones and am having frequent attacks recently which are excruciating. My liver function tests have been elevated for the last few months however since my recent attacks, they have shot up. The consultant said if my bile acids reach 100 they will look at inducing me at 35 weeks rather than the planned 37. I’m wondering if anyone has been in this position before or what to expect if I give birth at 35 weeks? Is a NICU stay likely or does the birth weights give more hope they will be okay? If you have given birth at 35 weeks, how did your twins cope?
