28 week growth scan head circumference

I had a growth scan at 28+2 which estimated my babies head circumference at 29cm, this is my first pregnancy but google is telling me it’s larger than it should be at this stage. I have a very petite build but my partner has a huge head so I'm now really anxious about the thought of a vaginal birth!! Would I be able to opt for a c-section due to head size? And if you had a scan around this time what was your babies hc measuring at?

Babies grow at different rates though. My current pregnancy is measuring on the 50th line I know that by the time birth comes she'll have shot up the growth lines like her siblings all have done. My last baby was 97th percentile and still a big lad now birth was fine though healthy at 9lb
