Hi I’ve had a chemical pregnancy this month, I tested positive last Monday at 14dpo, had a stronger positive test 15dpo then by 16dpo the test was still positive but fainter. I started spotting Friday very lightly over the weekend then by this monday my period came with a vengeance, much heavier and more painful than usual. It’s eased off now with no period cramps and only light bleeding which I suspect will stop tomorrow
pregnancy Tests are now negative however the past 24 hours I have noticed a very slight twinge feeling in my lower left hand abdomen, it’s not painful and only noticeable if I’m sat down etc.
Ive gotten myself paranoid now that it’s an ectopic but would my bleeding have slowed down/cramps stopped if that was the case? And would I get a negative test
