Please Help! TTC after miscarriage

I had a miscarriage at the beginning of February, I haven’t had a period yet but I ovulated on 18th February, this week I have had the same symptoms I had with my last pregnancy (sore breast, frequent urination and thirst) I have done one of the clear blue early tests today and this is the result, would this be classed as a positive? The line is very thin but is blue and was like this about 2 mins after I took the test.

It looks like it could be the start of a bfp lovely. I would test again in two days so that it has time to develop and save you the guessing anxiety.

It could be. I would give it another couple of days and do another test

I'm a few weeks ahead of you. I had a miscarriage in December and never got my period. A couple of weeks ago I got really nauseous I did a test and got a very clear positive the did a week's test and got a 3+

I spoke to the epu and said I hadn't had a period but was now pregnant and the got me in to have my HCG measured to estimate how pregnant I was. It came back at over 100000 making me quite pregnant. They did a scan the next day and I was 8 and a half weeks which means I must have conceived quite soon after my miscarriage! I hadn't been monitoring my ovulation
