6wks and spotting & 2 previous MC

I’m 6 weeks pregnant & having brown spotting since yesterday. Today it’s mainly just tinged toilet paper when I go. Have some tummy ache too.
I’ve had 2 previous losses & one of them started out like this, but I was further along. So I am feeling devastated.
I have a scan on Tuesday already with recurrent miscarriage clinic for reassurance, but putting off going to the EPU before then due to only just turning 6 weeks.
I’m already on progesterone. Don’t really know what I’m asking for, just a handhold I guess

Spotting in early pregnancy is very common.
my first pregnancy I didn’t have any spotting and went in for my 8 week ultrasound only to find out the baby stopped growing at 5 weeks.
This pregnancy I had spotting twice and everything seems to be going okay now.

@emmatcc1 thank you for the reassurance. I guess as it’s following a similar pattern to my first loss I’m automatically thinking the worst.
It just feels unfair to even have to be worrying about this now following a difficult journey to becoming a mum
