Is this acid reflux

Hello, currently almost 15 weeks pregnant with my first and still feeling ill. I've never had acid reflux or indigestion or heartburn (as far as I'm aware) so not quite sure of the symptoms.
Basically, every time I eat I will feel sick after a few minutes. It doesn't matter what I eat, I'm going to feel nauseous and my stomach feels achy and I feel like I want to vomit. I get bloated and full, I already look like I'm ready to pop after eating even though I'm only 15 weeks. I have a constant, aching pain in my stomach pretty much all day every day. I'm not interested in food, I've got no appetite at all because I know if I eat I'm going to feel bad, but then I feel dizzy and ill because I'm not eating. I've always got this awful bitter taste in my mouth, which is usually worse a few minutes after eating or drinking something, and my mouth always feels full of saliva. I'm constantly belching, and this can burn my throat sometimes. The only reason I don't think it's heart burn is because I don't have a burning feeling in my chest, but I'm not sure. Maybe it's just normal symptoms?
I'm taking aspirin for a pre eclampsia risk, and I've been ill since not long after taking this so I'm unsure if this could also be the reason, but I did start taking it at 12 weeks and I know heartburn and indigestion can be a symptom after 12 weeks anyway. I've got my appointment with the midwife soon so I'll talk to her about this too, of course, just wondering if anyone else has had it like this too?

It sounds like a mix of all three! Mt heart burn sounded exactly the same, it was always in my throat until later on in my pregnancy when it moved to my chest.
When are you taking your aspirin? I was encouraged to take it at bedtime on a full stomach as it can cause a sore stomach.

My acid reflux this pregnancy has been debilitating- I cannot lie flat, my mouth is full of sores and ulcers from the acid, I'm downing gaviscon by the gallon and it's not touching it.
It's basically like a volcano erupting constantly inside of me and burning me from the inside out. Horrific and unmistakable.

I've also had sickness and nausea throughout my pregnancy unfortunately (still being sick after meals now at 35+4) but I see this as a separate issue to the reflux.
