I’m pregnant with my second child and really struggling with tiredness, sickness, looking awful just generally feeling bleh. I’m in my second trimester now and not seeing much change from the first trimester, which was how it was with my first child.

Has anyone found any tips or hacks for generally feeling better if you are not enjoying pregnancy? What helped boost your energy, appearance, mood? Any supplements, supplements, exercises, foods help?

Vitamin D, magnesium and a good multi-vit for pregnancy. Maybe ask if you can get iron levels checked again.

My last pregnancy seriously depleted my vitamin d and I felt like crap. I struggled with getting good quality sleep and the magnesium seemed to help with that.

I'm in the same boat it's rough. I am trying to do a tiny bit of self care in the evening after DC 1 goes to bed like do my nails, drink nice herbal tea, moisturise body all over. Just trying to one thing a day helps
