Pregnancy date confusion!

So I am happily pregnant due 30/08/25. I am curious/confused to know what dates of intercourse could lead to this due date? Thank you xx

It would be hard to tell what dates of intercourse precisely, because everyone's cycle and ovulation dates are different. Sperm can live in the body for 5 days so can be really variable if you don't ovulate for another few days etc. If you add 11-21 days on to the first day of your last period, that will usually be your 'conception window' and only you will know what days you had intercourse during that time so maybe you'll know? As you can see it's certainly not an exact science.

Based on a typical 28 day cycle, that would roughly mean your last menstrual period was on 23-11-24, so best guess of conception window is 01-12-24 until 12-12-24. Hope this helps

The easiest way to work out approximate conception date is to count back 38 weeks from your official due date given at your 12 week dating scan.

It's not an exact science for reasons mentioned in other replies but it'll give you a pretty good indication
