Feeling awful

I have low ferritin levels, had my RSV and whooping cough vaccine yesterday.

feel like I’ve been hit by a bus.

Prior to vaccines I felt like I’d been hit by a car.

Ant tips for how to cope with this?

I’m exhausted but couldn’t sleep because my body hurts , specifically my arms, hips, back & bump.
Bad headache that isn’t shifting.
Breathless & feel like my heart is racing (blood pressure was fine yesterday when tested).
