Hello ladies👋🏼 I have my early viability scan tomorrow at 6+4. I feel very nervous as I had a small bleed 5 days ago, which was a short burst of red blood followed immediately by brown spotting for the next 4 days. I didn’t have pain of any significance at the time. I do feel “a heaviness” sort of like a dull ache in my lower abdomen which is there pretty much all the time. It doesn’t hurt, it just feels as if there’s some sort of activity happening in there. I did a test yesterday to see if the line had faded, which it hasn’t. I did call the EPU at the time and they advised to call back if the bleeding continued or worsened, and if not to call back in a weeks time to see about having a scan. I told them I have a private scan booked and they said just to call with the results of that. They were very reassuring on the phone, advising that light bleeding can be normal in early pregnancy. So… to arrive at my point finally… has anyone been in a similar situation and had a positive outcome? 💛
