Static growth - confused

Baby is 16 days old. He lost some birth weight but not as much as 10%, and has since been gaining very slowly so they've been coming every 2 days to weigh him. The last two weigh-ins he's been the same weight, so they're calling it static growth now. He's breastfed and they've watched me feed him, have said there's no issues with feeding neither my end nor his, and he's producing plenty of wet and dirty nappies. He feeds every 2 hours day and night, so I'm very very confused why he's not gaining weight properly. The HV has advised I feed him for an extra half an hour per feed (she doesn't particularly want me to top up with formula just yet and neither do I unless I'm told I have to). I'm just so confused. Is my milk not fatty enough? My diet isn't great at the moment, I don't think I'm eating enough or getting enough protein, which I'm going to change asap. Just been too tired tbh to think about eating properly but realise I need to make it a priority if I want to breastfeed. I breastfed my first with no issues so I'm very upset to think it won't work out this time. Does anybody have any advice or opinions please? It's stressing me out. Tia x
