Morning. I’m so sorry to post but my anxiety about the risk of miscarriage is really high and I am
not sure what to do.

i am 5 weeks pregnant and I have no symptoms. Not even tired. I was a bit tired and sicky a week or so ago.

I know missed miscarriages can happen, but do non missed miscarriages typically or always result in bleeding first? ☹️

I don’t have any bleeding, I’m just so anxious.

It is completely normal to not have symptoms at the stage in pregnancy, some don't even get symptoms

Thank you. With my dc1 I’m sure I was really fatigued and starting to get sick by now so I think that’s adding to my concerns. I hear what you are saying x

Firstly congratulations on your pregnancy ☺️ it's very normal at this stage to not have symptoms. Every woman is different. With my first I had loads of symptoms and with my second I had barely anything.
I also had a miscarriage last year, one moment I was hating my favourite food and really nauseous, the next I was bleeding. No pain or anything before it started.
Just know that your feelings are normal and I hope everything goes smoothly for you. Its such a worrying stage and if your anxiety doesn't get better definitely talk to your GP x

I get that, but each pregnancy is so different! I found out at 4 weeks and then I had no symptoms until I hit 6 weeks bang on, then they all vanished at 9 weeks, then came flooding back a week or two later😂Congratulations on this pregnancy, I know it's hard but try to relax and enjoy it :)
