Scan didn't show anything

Found out I was pregnant on Sunday, due to my history I was able to be seen for a scan. They couldn’t confirm pregnancy and said it could just be very early however my uterus lining was thickened which they said is a good sign of early pregnancy. They also said I have ovulated from both ovaries. My periods are off sometimes by a few days so can’t pinpoint when I could have possibly ovulated to know how far along I could be. Each test I have done has been a strong positive and clear blue says 2-3 weeks. Wondered if anyone has been for a scan where you couldn’t see a single thing? I should be back next week for another scan so 🤞🏼

Yes I had this last year … pregnancy of unknown location but basically was just too early to see anything. All went well and baby is here safely feeding on me now! Good luck 🤞

2-3 weeks on a digital means 4-5 weeks pregnant, there wouldn't be anything to see then except for the thickening of the lining as you mentioned.
It's far too early for a scan.

Over 5 weeks you would hope to see the gestational sac and yolk sac appear as well as the fetal pole. Between 6 and 7 weeks is when you would expect to see the embryo and heartbeat in a healthy pregnancy.

I was only just 6 weeks pregnant and they couldn't find baby on a scan... She is now 7 <3
